4 Ingredient Pizza Scrolls

  • 185 g Self Raising Flour (plus extra for dusting)
  • 250 g Glenilen Farm Natural Yoghurt
  • 6 tbsp Pasta Sauce (any flavour)
  • 150 g Grated Cheese


  • Preheat the oven to 180C/160C/Gas Mark 5
  • In a bowl add the flour and yoghurt and mix well together
  • Pop onto a floured surface and begin rolling with a rolling pin until about 1cm thick
  • Top with some pasta sauce and cheese (add whatever toppings you like, Ham, pineapple)
  • From the long end begin to roll the dough in towards you.
  • Once rolled up fully, cut into thick slices
  • Place onto a baking tray lined with brown paper
  • Place into the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  •  Serve warm or let cool and place into your lunch box.
