4 Ingredient Pizza Scrolls
- 185 g Self Raising Flour (plus extra for dusting)
- 250 g Glenilen Farm Natural Yoghurt
- 6 tbsp Pasta Sauce (any flavour)
- 150 g Grated Cheese
- Preheat the oven to 180C/160C/Gas Mark 5
- In a bowl add the flour and yoghurt and mix well together
- Pop onto a floured surface and begin rolling with a rolling pin until about 1cm thick
- Top with some pasta sauce and cheese (add whatever toppings you like, Ham, pineapple)
- From the long end begin to roll the dough in towards you.
- Once rolled up fully, cut into thick slices
- Place onto a baking tray lined with brown paper
- Place into the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm or let cool and place into your lunch box.
