Banana and Oat Smoothie

The perfect smoothie for a little pick me up

  • 1 Banana
  • 25 g Porridge Oats
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Honey (Local Honey is best)
  • 1 cup Milk, full fat or low fat
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Scoop of Peanut Butter (Smooth or Crunchy, whichever you prefer)


  • Blend the ingredients in a nutribullet or equivalent.
  • Serve in an ice cold glass and enjoy.
