Banana and Oat Smoothie
The perfect smoothie for a little pick me up
- 1 Banana
- 25 g Porridge Oats
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Honey (Local Honey is best)
- 1 cup Milk, full fat or low fat
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Scoop of Peanut Butter (Smooth or Crunchy, whichever you prefer)
- Blend the ingredients in a nutribullet or equivalent.
- Serve in an ice cold glass and enjoy.
