Banana Yoghurt Loaf

Ingredients

  • 120 g Glenilen Farm Live Natural Yoghurt
  • 280 g Mashed bananas
  • 20 ml Maple Syrup
  • 185 g Plain Flour
  • 6 g Baking Powder
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 55 g Chopped Walnuts

Method
 

  • Preheat your oven to 170C/150C fan.
  • Line a 2lb baking tin with parchment or a paper liner.
  • Into a bowl add the mashed banana, Glenilen Natural Yoghurt, eggs & maple syrup. Whisk to combine.
  • To this, sieve in the flour and baking powder.
  • Add the chopped walnuts and stir everything to combine.
  • Spoon this into the lined tin and place in the centre of the oven and bake for 50-55mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove them from the oven and leave to cool. Then cut the bread into slices and serve.
