Banana Yoghurt Loaf

Ingredients
- 120 g Glenilen Farm Live Natural Yoghurt
- 280 g Mashed bananas
- 20 ml Maple Syrup
- 185 g Plain Flour
- 6 g Baking Powder
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 55 g Chopped Walnuts
Method
- Preheat your oven to 170C/150C fan.
- Line a 2lb baking tin with parchment or a paper liner.
- Into a bowl add the mashed banana, Glenilen Natural Yoghurt, eggs & maple syrup. Whisk to combine.
- To this, sieve in the flour and baking powder.
- Add the chopped walnuts and stir everything to combine.
- Spoon this into the lined tin and place in the centre of the oven and bake for 50-55mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Remove them from the oven and leave to cool. Then cut the bread into slices and serve.
