Blueberry Baked Oats
These baked oats are bursting with blueberries, perfect topped with some natural yoghurt.
- 40 g Porridge Oats
- 1 Small Eggs
- 5 tbsp Glenilen Farm 0% Fat Natural Yoghurt with Vanilla
- 100 g Blueberries
- Preheat the oven to 200C/ 180C Fan / Gas Mark 6.
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Add mixture to an oven proof dish.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Top with Glenilen Farm Natural or Vanilla Yoghurt.
