Fish Cakes with Greek Style Tartare Sauce
Tasty fish cakes accompanied with a delicious tartare sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g Chopped mixed fish such as salmon/smoked haddock/cod
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g Breadcrumbs
- 100 g Leftover Mashed Potatoes
- 80 g Frozen Garden Peas
- Salt and Pepper
- Zest of 1 Lemon
Tartare Sauce
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 8 gherkins, chopped
- 200 g Glenilen Farm Natural Yoghurt
- 2 tsp Capers
Method
- Preheat the oven to180C/350F/Gas mark 4
- Divide the mixture into 6-8 fish cakes depending on size and place into a fridge for 1 hr to firm up. Place all the chopped fish in the oven and cook for 20 minutes
- Divide the mixture into 6-8 fishcakes and place into the fridge for 1 hour
- Roll the fish cakes in breadcrumbs, cover well and placeof a tray and into the preheated oven for 25 minutes
- 4. Serve with a salad and our Glenilen Farm tartare sauce(see below)
Tartare Sauce
- Add all the ingredients for the sauce into the bowl
- Taste to see if it needs any other seasonings
- Serve with our fishcakes and enjoy!
