Granola Kefir Breakfast Tarts

Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring. Elevate your brunch game with these gorgeous Granola Kefir Breakfast Tarts. You have the most delicious crunchy oat, nut & coconut shell filled with Glenilen Kefir and Summer berries. This really is the best way to start the day

  • 1 350g Glenilen Mango Kefir
  • 100 g porridge oats
  • 30 g whole almonds
  • 25 g mixed seeds (I use pumpkin & sunflower)
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 30 g coconut oil
  • 30 g honey
  • Fresh summer berries


  • Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan
  • Add the porridge, almonds, coconut and seeds to a food processor and blitz until it reaches a crumb consistency
  • Add to a mixing bowl and set aside
  • Heat the coconut oil and honey to combine and add to the oat mixture and mix well
  • Divide this mix between four x 10cm loose bottom, non-stick tart rings
  • Press down with a spoon to cover the base and sides
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 mins or until lightly golden brown
  • Remove and allow to cool fully
  • To serve, carefully remove the tarts, place on your servingplate and fill with the Glenilen Kefir and Summer berries
  • Top Tip: The baked tart shells can be crumbly so before you fill them, place them in the fridge for 10 minutes to help firm up. This should help remove them from the tins with ease.
