Healthy Overnight Oats

We have the perfect, quick and easy breakfast for you to enjoy straight out of your fridge.

Ingredients

  • 60 g Porridge Oats
  • 5 tbsp. Glenilen Farm 0% Fat Natural Yoghurt or Glenilen Farm 0% Fat Vanilla Kefir
  • 125 ml Milk or Low Fat Milk
  • 2 tbsp. Mixed Seeds
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Local Honey

Method
 

  • Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  • Place the mixture into our reusable glass jars and refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with fresh berries and flaked almonds in the morning for a delicious healthy, gut friendly breakfast!
