Healthy Overnight Oats
We have the perfect, quick and easy breakfast for you to enjoy straight out of your fridge.
- 60 g Porridge Oats
- 5 tbsp. Glenilen Farm 0% Fat Natural Yoghurt or Glenilen Farm 0% Fat Vanilla Kefir
- 125 ml Milk or Low Fat Milk
- 2 tbsp. Mixed Seeds
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 2 tsp. Local Honey
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix.
- Place the mixture into our reusable glass jars and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with fresh berries and flaked almonds in the morning for a delicious healthy, gut friendly breakfast!
