Lamb Burgers with a Yoghurt Slaw

People always gravitate towards beef for burgers but I much prefer lamb as it had a gorgeous flavour, especially when seared on the pan. This burger topped with the crunchy, fresh yoghurt slaw is utterly divine. The slaw is also perfect served on its own with some salad for a healthier option
