Salmon and Dill Yoghurt Sauce
This mouth watering Salmon with our refreshing dill yoghurt sauce.

Ingredients
For the Sauce
- 170 g Glenilen Farm 0% Fat Greek Style Natural Yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Dill
- Salt & Pepper to taste
For the Salmon
- 2 Skinless, Salmon Fillets
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven 220C/200C Fan/Gas Mark 7.
- Brush the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper and place onto a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Once cooked remove from the oven and sprinkle some lemon juice and fresh dill over the salmon.
For the Sauce
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Serve with cooked asparagus and our dill yoghurt sauce.
