Salmon and Dill Yoghurt Sauce

This mouth watering Salmon with our refreshing dill yoghurt sauce.

For the Sauce

  • 170 g Glenilen Farm 0% Fat Greek Style Natural Yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Dill
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

For the Salmon

  • 2 Skinless, Salmon Fillets
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Preheat the oven 220C/200C Fan/Gas Mark 7.
  • Brush the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper and place onto a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Once cooked remove from the oven and sprinkle some lemon juice and fresh dill over the salmon.

For the Sauce

  • Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  • Serve with cooked asparagus and our dill yoghurt sauce.
