Vanilla Yoghurt and Peanut Butter Bites
- 45 g Peanut Butter
- 70 g Glenilen Farm Vanilla Kefir
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 50 g Porridge Oats
- 40 g Ground Almonds
- 40 g Milled Flaxseed
- 3 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
- Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, oats, ground almonds, milled flaxseed and chocolate chips.
- In another bowl combine all wet ingredients, peanut butter, yoghurt and honey.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients together.
- Once combined take a tablespoon, scoop a spoon of the mixture into your hand and roll into a ball.
- Place the bites into the fridge for at least 1 hour to chill.
- Enjoy as an everyday healthy snack.
