Vanilla Yoghurt and Peanut Butter Bites

  • 45 g Peanut Butter
  • 70 g Glenilen Farm Vanilla Kefir
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 50 g Porridge Oats
  • 40 g Ground Almonds
  • 40 g Milled Flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips


  • Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, oats, ground almonds, milled flaxseed and chocolate chips.
  • In another bowl combine all wet ingredients, peanut butter, yoghurt and honey.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients together.
  • Once combined take a tablespoon, scoop a spoon of the mixture into your hand and roll into a ball.
  • Place the bites into the fridge for at least 1 hour to chill.
  • Enjoy as an everyday healthy snack.
